Child Policy
Policies
We love children but due to safety concerns & limited space, we kindly ask you not to bring your children or any additional guests to your appointment. If you are without childcare during the time of your appointment, we ask that you please reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment. This policy ensures that you & the rest of our guests have a relaxing experience at our salon and it is made with your child's safety in mind.
Cancellation
Please understand that when you don't show up or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and other clients miss the opportunity to receive services. As a courtesy, please provide us with at least a 48 hour notice of cancellation.
We reserve the right to charge 50% of the service that was scheduled and missed. Clients who continually miss appointments may be excused from our books.
Please Don't Be Late
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will most likely need to reschedule to accommodate other client's that are scheduled after you.
Returned Checks
A charge of $35 will be made on all checks returned.
Protecting your Investment
Chemical services must be maintained with professional products at home and your choice of deep conditioning treatments in salon in order to guarantee longevity and integrity of services performed.
Product Exchange
Exchange must be completed within 30 days of purchase.
Re-Do's
All re-do request must be made within 7 days of service via email or a call to the salon.
