APPOINTMENTS
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours notice. This allows us to offer your time slot to another woman who's waiting.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a 50% charge of your scheduled service. Clients who repeatedly miss appointments without notice may be unable to rebook.
Arrival Time
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you're running more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule to honor the appointments scheduled after yours.
Pro tip: We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early so you can settle in, use the restroom, and start your appointment feeling relaxed.

GUESTS
Child Policy
We love children, but for safety reasons and limited space, we ask that you not bring children or additional guests to your appointment.
If childcare falls through, please reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. This policy protects your child's safety and ensures you get the peaceful, relaxing experience you deserve.
YOUR INVESTMENT
Protecting Your Hair
Chemical services and extensions require professional home care products and regular conditioning treatments to maintain their integrity and longevity.
We'll recommend the right products for your specific hair needs—because protecting your investment starts the moment you leave our chair.
Re-do Requests
If you're not completely satisfied with your service, please contact your stylist within 7 days. We want you to love your hair and will work to make it right.

Product Exchanges
Products may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase with receipt.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks.
Returned checks will incur a $35 processing fee.
